He was predeceased by: his wife Doris; his parents, Anton Perovich and Maria Perovich; his sons, Rick and Michael; and his brother Jake.
He is survived by: his son Tony (Maureen Grady); his daughter-in-law Lucy (Rick); his sister Beverly Perko (Wally); his grandchildren, Greg (Christi), Kristy Shaw (Ted), Julie Perovich and Erica Perovich; and his great grandchildren, Maegan and Cameron Shaw. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
