He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander J. and Celia Czachura (Kulasa); and his parents-in-law, Jacob and Lillian Jurczak. He is survived by: his spouse Jacquelen (Jurczak); his daughters, Donna Dardon (James) of Chicago and Carolyn Czachura; his sisters, Agnes O'Meara (Dave) and Maryann Robinson (Donald); and his siblings-in-law, Virginia Rhoads (late Charles) and Walter Jurczak (Rosemary). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In remembrance of Alexander B. Czachura life, the family asks that any charitable donations to be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
