She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Barber and Guy Barber; her husbands, Joseph A. O'Malley and Harold R. Porter; her stepdaughter Joy L. Wells; and her son-in-law Darwin D. Stombaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Maureen Stombaugh (late Darwin) of Valparaiso, IN, Kathleen O'Malley of Lansing, IL, Joseph A. O'Malley (Sue) of Porter, IN and Eileen O'Malley-Luehrs (Gerald) of Lansing, IL; her stepchildren, Harrison H. Porter (Joan) of Dowling, MI and Martha Porter-Reid of Jackson, MI.; her son-in-law Michael P. Wells of Mesa, AR.; and her sister Gwen Fitzpatrick of Cambridge. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Agnes' name may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 215 W. Illinois St., Chicago, IL 60654.
