With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sierra Hoff of Lanark, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 20, 2025 at the age of 46. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, William, Vivian Peterson, Robert and Beulah Graham. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Graham and Cathy Graham Jr. (Peterson) of Lena, IL; her daughters, Shelby Rodriguez (Raymond) of Lena, IL, Adisyn Hoff (Cam Telfer) of Dodgeville, WI and Nevaeh Gross (Brice Miller) of Lena, IL; her granddaughter Sophia; her siblings, Tiffiny Rothstein (Jeff) of Elburn, IL, Zachary Graham of Monticello, WI and Ariel Pontnack (Nickolas) of Shannon, IL; her uncle William Peterson of Lena, IL; her aunt Barbara Roddy of West Covina, CA; and her nieces and nephews, Rachel Ortiz (Ray), Paige Turner, Emily Turner, Kayla Coch, Piper Graham, Alex Graham, Destiny Pontnack (Conner DeGroot), Keenan Pontnack, Angeline Pontnack, Elleona Pontnack and Sarie Pontnack.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Evangelical Free Church (720 N Freedom St, Lena, IL 61048). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
