She is survived by: her husband Burnell Moen of Lanark; and her children, Charles Kappes (Susan) of Lanark, Duane Kappes (LeAnn) of Freeport and Rebecca Moen (Richard Smith) of Palatine, IL. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
