He was predeceased by: his brother Michael. He is survived by: his sisters, Gail Doyle Arrington (Roger) of Russelville Alabama and Lisa Orris of Urbandale Iowa; his children, Johnnie Estep of Romeoville, Kole Hauptman, Nyla Hauptman of Lanark, Destiney and Damian; and his mother Peg of Rockford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
