She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Milby (Jules) of Rock Falls, IL, Susan Myers of Lanark, IL and Jacqueline Kousoulas (Bill) of Sycamore, IL; her grandchildren, Amanda Bertolozzi of Udall, MO, Chris Garza of Sterling, IL and Kali Rocco of Rockford, IL; her stepgrandchildren, Amanda Bender of Sterling, IL, Aric Bender of Polo, IL and Angie Notch (Jason) of Albany, MN; her great grandchildren, Reina Kowalski (Megan) of Fort Campbell, TN and Hunter Bertolozzi of Sterling, IL; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kelani Bender of Sterling, IL, Gavin Alvarado of Dixon, IL, Wyatt, Connor Bender of Polo, IL, Reid, Lila and Aubrey Notch of Albany, MN; her sister-in-law Donna Eisenbise of Pearl City, IL; her niece Wendy Covelli (Tony) of Homer Glen, IL; her brother Richard Eisenbise of Lanark, IL; and her close friend Trixie.
