He was predeceased by: his parents, Theron Parish and Cora Parish (Reffior); his daughter Kelly; and his stepdaughters, Denise and Stephanie.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Horvath; his children, Derek Parish of Brushville, IL and Jennifer Stevens (Tim) of Astoria, IL; and his stepchildren, Raymond, Mark, Matthew, Vincent, Ben, John, Katrina and Babette. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
