It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Willard Rathe (Lake Zurich, Illinois), born in Mount Clemens, Michigan, who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Rathe and Ruth Rathe; and his siblings, Donna (Thomas Hay), Jonathan and David Rathe.

He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Christina Moser (Todd), Bradford Rathe (Kendal), Alexander Rathe (Jennifer), Jackson Rathe (Kayla), Colin Rathe (Jillian) and Nathan Rathe; his grandchildren, Taylor Moser, Claire Moser, Catelyn Moser, Thomas Moser, Harrison Rathe, George Rathe and Arthur Rathe; and his sisters, Marlie Nazarko (Jim), Kathy Reither (Mark), Linda Ramthun (Dan) and Lori Looker (Paul).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Immanuel Lutheran School Education Foundation.
