He was predeceased by: his parents, James McNulty and Kathleen McNulty; his grandsons, Brandon Koenig and Jarrod Autterson; his wife Nancy (Fischer); the mother of his children Deanie; his son Michael Patrick McNulty; and his brothers, Dick and Jerry McNulty.
He is survived by: his former spouse Deanie (Wellcome); his daughter Sharon Kay Zasadil (Gary Spencer); his stepchildren, Sylvia Wojnicki (Peter), Steve Autterson and Kristen Knaak; his grandchildren, Bill Zasadil (Lauren), Paul McNulty, Patrick McNulty (Carol Ann), Julie Koenig, Laura, Michelle, Michael Tatone, Jamie Autterson Stotmore and Taylor Knight; and his great grandchildren, Jack and Lily Zasadil. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army, an organization close to Bill's heart.
