He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Lyn Hawkins; and his parents, William A. and Ruth. He is survived by: his child Courtney (David); his grandchildren, Andrew and Griffin; and his sister Carol O'Grady.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Mary Cemetery (501 Spruce Ave, Lake Forest, IL 60045). The military honors will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at the same location.
