She was predeceased by: her husband Gustavo Alanis; her daughter Lourdes Alanis; her siblings, Maria Cruz Perez, Carmen Perez, Francisco Perez, Carmelo Perez and Antonio Perez; and her parents, Sebastian Perez and Maria Perez.

She is survived by: her son Javier Alanis (Cindy); her grandchildren, Marcos and Alexis Alanis; and her nieces and nephews, Catalina Hernandez (Pablo), Roberto Magdaleno (Elizabeth), Catalina Johnson (Craig), Erika Constantino (Joe) and Pablo Jr. Hernandez (Rosiebeth).
