Thomas P. Graan Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas P. Graan of Lake Zurich, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 24, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Thomas leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Graan and Mary Graan (Mazzocco). He is survived by: his wife Susan Ploog; his sons, Anthony Graan and Kevin Graan (Tess Mattingly); and his sisters, Diane Graan and JoAnne Jurkovic (Steve).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory (941 S Old Rand Rd, Lake Zurich, IL 60047). A prayer was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery (1185 W Algonquin Rd, Palatine, IL 60067).
