He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his son Matthew; his father James Billen (Patti); his siblings, Kevin, Troy (Sandy), Charles (Michelle), Brian Billen and Rachel Dobson; and his nieces and nephews, Damian, Cameron, Jennifer, Brian, Megan, Daniel and Dillon.
