He was predeceased by: his mother Sheila Bazzoni. He is survived by: his father John Bazzoni; his wife Lisa Bazzoni; his son Matthew Bazzoni; and his aunt Mary Ann Ragusa.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home (201 N Northwest Hwy, Palatine, IL 60067). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Lake Zurich Cemetery (295 Church St, Lake Zurich, IL 60047).
