She was predeceased by: her parent John Sanford. She is survived by: her spouse Ronald L. Spiekhout; her children, Paul Spiekhout (Beverly) and Debra Doherty (Kevin); her grandchildren, Matthew Spiekhout (Samantha), Gregory Spiekhout, Thomas Doherty and David Doherty; her great grandchild Theodore Spiekhout; her parent Violet Sanford; and her sibling Alan Sanford (Adelle).
