Ogurek (Lake Zurich, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Lay and Eugenia Lay; and her brother Charles Larson. She is survived by: her husband Gary Ogurek; her children, Douglas (Laura), Daniel (Carrie) and Diana MacGillis (Kyle); her grandchildren, Bella, Lilly, Brooklyn, Lucas, Will, Ben and Charlie; and her sister Sharon Hopkins.
