She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Heider and Regina Heider; and also Gerhard Taraschewsky. She is survived by: her husband Gerhard Taraschewsky; her daughters, Monika Taraschewsky (Thomas Zagorski) of Deer Park, IL, Ingrid Frankian (Joseph) of Palatine, IL and Erika Matthei (John) of Gurnee, IL; her grandchildren, Connor Frankian, Waverly Moore (Nicholas), Olivia Frankian, Isabel Matthei, Derek Matthei, Lily Frankian and Katerina Taraschewsky; and her brothers, Edmund Heider (Elisabeth) of Phoenix, AZ and Erwin Heider (Maria) of Hendrickson, NV. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
