He was predeceased by: his spouse Hjordis Ludvigsen; and his sons, Jack Ludvigsen (Sandra) and Steven Ludvigsen. He is survived by: his children, Froydis "Peggy" Garza (Albert), Egon Ludvigsen (Barbara) and Rita McIntyre; and his grandchildren, Anthony Garza (Joyce), William Garza, John Ludvigsen, Michelle Ludvigsen, Erik Ludvigsen, Kristen Ferris (Heather) of Erik, C. L., Jason Ludvigsen and Kinberly McIntyre. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Willow Funeral Home (1415 W Algonquin Rd, Algonquin, IL 60102). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
