He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Chase (Blake); and his stepfather Vern Chase. He is survived by: his father Tom Keenan of Pompano, FL; his siblings, Pam Empting (Ron) of North St and Jeff Keenan (Chrisy) of Panama City, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie (Matt), Brittany, Blake (Teresa), Jake (Nicole), Nicki, Addison, Ella, Chase, Charlotte and Opal.
