He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Welbourn and Susanne Welbourn; his pet Sandy; his brother Donald Welbourn (Vivian); his godson Parker Scully; and his parents-in-law, Gerald and Nalita Scully.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Welbourn; his daughter Brianna Welbourn (Nicholas Finder); his pets, Ollie (Bear) and Luckie of Jax, J. R.; his siblings, Kenneth Welbourn (late Janet), Gerald Welbourn (Kyoko) and Diane Boerst; his brother-in-law Gerald Scully (Marion); his godchildren, Donnie, Tom, Michael and Natalie H; and his nieces and nephews, Colleen (John), Bridget (Mark), Natalie (Joe), Donnie (Sue), Judy, Tom (Amy), Carlene (Dan), Shauna, Lynnett (Brian), Daniel (Veronica), Jennifer (Bill), Michael (Bethany), Conrad (Emma) and Chad.
