He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kuczora and Mary Kuczora; and his siblings, Ruth, Laverne, Ken, Joseph and John.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Gregory Kuczora (Nancy), Terri Salerno (David) and Nancy Graham (Ronald); his grandchildren, Kristi, Kandi Kuczora, James (Kristin), Michael, Katie Salerno, Daniel, Holly and William Zummo; his great grandchildren, Vincent, Addison and Brooklyn; and his sister Evelyn Kent (Arthur). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
