He was predeceased by: his parents, George S. Hardy and Margaret Boyd Hardy; his wife Rita (Hadeler); and his grandson Jack (Peterson). He is survived by: his daughter Cathleen Dust; his grandchildren, Nikki (Peterson), Carly (Dust) and Alison (Dust); and his great grandchild Emma.
