Sebastian (Lake Zurich, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on August 24, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Sebastian and Helen Sebastian; and his brother William "Bill" Sebastian. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; his children, Helen Sebastian and Jeffrey Michael Sebastian (Ammie); his grandson Jeffrey Edward Sebastian (Taylor); his great grandchild Eleanor Jane Sebastian; and his sisters, Marge Ostrom (late Don) and Vickie Sebastian-Tonda (Carlos). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
