She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Herman and June Herman; and her brother Gary Herman. She is survived by: her husband Chris Criscione; her daughters, Tina Kiss (Tom), Erica Smith (Rick) and Melissa Vela (Ken); her grandchildren, Tyler Criscione, Alyssa Ferris (Brad), Justin Smith, Jacob, Riley Kielan, Andrew and Lizzy Vela; her sister Carol Hammers (Pat); and her sisters-in-law, Sharon Kuelker (Bill) and Barb Herman.
