She was predeceased by: her husband Giuseppe Guagliardo; her parents, Augustino Chirchirillo and Josephine Chirchirillo; and her siblings, Salvatore, Dominic Chirchirillo, Giovanna Restauro and Theresa Chiovari.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia (Thomas) and Josie Fongaro (Guagliardo); her grandchildren, Anna Impastato (Michael), Anthony Fongaro, Robert Brown (Jaclyn) and Christina Fongaro; her great grandchildren, Rocco Impastato, Rosie Brown, Dottie Brown, Dominic Impastato, Cooper Brown and Enza Impastato; her sisters, Mary Baumann (Dennis) and Frances Chirchirillo; and her sister-in-law Angelina Guagliardo (John).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Concetta's name may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Lake Zurich to feed the poor and to the American Heart Association.
