She was predeceased by: her parents, George and Nina of Yakima Washington; her husband John J. O'Sullivan; and her siblings, Beatrice, Winnie, Marjory, Elsie, Loretta, Roberta and George.
She is survived by: her children, Nadine Cavanaugh (Michael), Mary Porto (Tony), Teresa Fatina (David), Noreen Flanagan (John) and John; her grandchildren, John, Anne, Michael, Kathryn, Caroline, Ryan and Kendall; her brother Robert (Idona); her nephew John Pat (Julie); her great-nephew Christopher (Kathleen); and her great-niece Natalie. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
