She was predeceased by: her husband Paul M. Vormittag, Sr.; and her parents, William Vogt and Virginia Vogt (Nee Maierhofer). She is survived by: her children, Paul Vormittag (Julie), Dan Vormittag, Jeff Vormittag (Kelli), Mike Vormittag (Anne) and Sherrie Vormittag; her grandchildren, Josh, Jessica, Caeley, Britteny and Jennah; her great grandchildren, Jasmin and Breanna; and her siblings, Leroy, Marilyn, George, Ivan and Bobby.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be appreciated to St. Judes Children's Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
