He was predeceased by: his parent Michael; and his daughters, Pamela Azzolin and Andrea Azzolin. He is survived by: his parent Italian; his brothers, Imports and Italian; his wife June; his children, Michelle Keacher (John), Anthony Azzolin and Colette Wiemer (Edward); his grandchildren, Dayna Pierce (Matt), John Keacher (Stephanie), Katelin Keacher, Mark Wiemer (Lindsey) and Troy Wiemer; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Kyle and Sophie; and his brother Raymond Azzolin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
