He was predeceased by: his father Richard Sedar; and his siblings, Rick, Kevin Sedar and Nancy Pollack. He is survived by: his mother Nadyne Sedar (Lewis); his children, Richard (Irma), Nicholas and Jaclyn Sedar; the mother of his children Donna Sedar; his sisters, Cindy West (Terry) and Ellen Cravens (Bob); and his close friend Tom Gelbudas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
