It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Lee Ouper (Lake Villa, Illinois), who passed away on November 2, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jerry Ouper; her sons, Andy and Jeff (Jason Giesey); and her sister Molly Ciliberti.
