He is survived by: his children, Patricia Booker (Stephen Crewther) of Lake Villa, IL, James McDonald (Jamie) of Lake Villa, IL and Kathleen Rieke (Scott) of Grayslake, IL; his daughter-in-law Candy McDonald; and his grandchildren, Michael Booker (Leilani), Paul Booker, Heather Cramond (Jake), Ryan McDonald, Shannon Rieke, Cole Rieke (Jordan), Mindy McDonald and Erin McDonald. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
