With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard J. Wozniak of Lake Villa, Illinois, born in Melrose Park, Illinois, who passed away on December 16, 2023 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Wozniak and Irene Wozniak (Bies). He is survived by: his brothers, Mark (Brenda) and Greg Wozniak (Amy Mendez); and his children, Summer, Aleena and Jason. He is also survived by 3 nephews; 1 niece; and many cousins and friends.
