We are sad to announce that on June 26, 2021, at the age of 96, Mildred Lukaszewski (Lake Villa, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her friend Roman. She is survived by: her sons, Allen Lukas (Belinda) and Robert Lukaszewski (Melody); her grandchildren, Rachel Donohue (Paul), Alison White (Michael), Jessica Malcolm (Garrett), Kathryn Hubbard (John), Matthew Lukas, Megan Martinie (Jeff) and Daniel Lukaszewski; and her great grandchildren, Colin, Roman, Gibson, Eddie, Emily, Asher, Joseph and Cecilia.
