We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2023, at the age of 36, Matthew B. Calendine of Lake Villa, Illinois, born in Libertyville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather Eugene. He is survived by: his children, Avery and Levi Calendine; his parents, Brian Calendine and Deanna Calendine; his sisters, Jessica Smith (Brian), Rebecca Spencer (Andy) and Erin Van Ryswyk (James); his nieces and nephews, Brooklynn Smith, Wyatt Roseland, Anderson Roseland, Savannah Smith, Addison Smith and Jackson Smith; his grandmothers, Melodi Calendine and Dorothy Duncan; and his great-grandparent Audrey Duncan.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made toward the care of Matthew's children.
