He is survived by: his wife Irene B. Kosik; his children, Lurene Filipski (Michael), John Kosik (Jayne) and James Kosik; his grandchildren, Hannah, Sadie, Terrah, Eric, Claire and Haley; and his brother-in-law Rev. Walter J. Bado.
