He was predeceased by: his father Carl Malak. He is survived by: his mother Janice Malak; his brother Charles Malak; and his nieces, Emma and Ella Malak.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Ringa Funeral Home (122 S Milwaukee Ave, Lake Villa, IL 60046). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the All Saints Cemetery (700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
