It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jill Teresa (Kortum) Bastone of Lake Villa, Illinois, who passed away on June 24, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kortum and Eleanor Kortum (Celmer); and her sister Diane Starkey. She is survived by: her children, Laura Kruppe (Steve) and Brian Finfrock; her close friend Jack Thomas; and her siblings, Sharon Leppert, Janice Anders, Ed Kortum (Korky), Nancy Kortum, Mary Clarke and Sandy Walsh. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in Jill's name.
