He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy David and Mary Ann Pollack (Zahaitis); and his former wife Nancy Pollack (Sedar). He is survived by: his children, Andrea Carver (James) of Maxwell, IA and Christopher Pollack (Amanda Muscarello) of Trevor, WI; his granddaughters, Shay and Kinsley Carver; his siblings, Roy Pollack (Denise), Cynthia Forte, Wayne Pollack (Peggy), Daniel Pollack and Steve Pollack (Roz); and his mother-in-law Nadyne Sedar. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law.
