He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Burt Kaminsky (Sherry) and Carol Kaminsky. He is survived by: his stepfather Kandice Konieczny (Don); his father David Kaminsky; his sister Jessica Kaminsky; his stepsiblings, Alyssa, Jenna, Kayla and Brandon; and his grandparents, Linda and Jim Bailey. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family members.
