Damian Lukasik (late Holly), Karen Schlax (Larry), Donna Matthias, Michelle Edwards, John Lukasik and Theresa Lukasik-Shepherd (Anna); her daughter-in-law Cynthia Parrish; her siblings, Barbara Kendrigan, Mary Mazzeri and Phillip Schuster; her sister-in-law Judy Schuster; her caregiver Bolor "Christina" Sedbazar; her husband Eugene Lukasik; her son Richard Lukasik; and her brother Walter "Wally" Schuster. She was also cherished by 15 grandchildren & 9 great grandchildren.
