With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jo Herron (Lake Villa, Illinois), born in Bristol, Virginia, who passed away on May 11, 2019 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Williams and Jeanette Mason; and her sister June Heavner. She is survived by: her husband Grady Herron; her children, Kim Wismer, Keith Herron (Karin), David Herron (Wendy), Susan Fontanez (Scotti), Laura Behmlander (Derek) and Jonathan Herron (Jamie); and her sisters, Linda Kay Moody, JoAnn White (Vontie) and Jan Johnson (Houston). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
