She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Levandowski and Ann Levandowski; and her brothers, Norman Levandowski (Gloria), Wayne Levandowski (Barbara) and Jerry Levandowski (Julie).

She is survived by: her siblings, Jackie Levandowski (Tim Doolin), Allan Levandowski (Cathy) and Andy Levandowski (Shari); and her close friend Ted Stefaniak. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
