It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arline Swanson (Lake Villa, Illinois), born in Barron, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 15, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Einar Bjugstad and Clara Bjugstad; her husband Axel; and her brothers, Norman Bjugstad and Gerald Bjugstad.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Swanson, Karen Madsen (Thomas) and Wendy Lord (Thomas); her granddaughters, Sarah Stuebner (Thomas) and Rebecca Dillon; her great grandchildren, Finnegan and Anika; and her siblings, Melvin Bjugstad, Phyllis Johnson, Judy Williams and Barbara Dieckmann.
