He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Joanna; his brother Tim Olliger; his parents-in-law, James and Mary Fogarty; and his sister-in-law Jane.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen M.; his children, Frank (Megan), Durelle (Deonte) and Michelle (Chris); his grandchildren, Tarell and Deonte; his brother Joe Hall (Carla); and his siblings-in-law, Jimmy, JoAnn Sparacino (late Sam), John (Karen) and Michael Fogarty (Sandra).
Interment private. in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made towards an education fund for Tarell and Deonte Hall.
