He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Bernard" Hendricks and Agnes "Billie" Hendricks; his brothers, John "Jack" Hendricks and James "Jim" Hendricks; his sisters-in-law, Jan Hendricks and Kris Arnold; and his nephew Jeffrey Arnold.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Hendricks (Arnold); his sister Mary "Sue" Hendricks; his children, Martin Hendricks (Tricia) and Holly Wukowitch (Eric); his grandchildren, Madison, Owen, Kennedy, Keegan, Ashlinn and Dylan; his nieces and nephews, John Hendricks (Shellie), Michael Hendricks (Marilyn), James Hendricks (Nanette), Jill Hunt (Shane), Sean Hendricks (Brooke), Joel Johnston (Samantha), Mark Arnold (Michelle), Pat Arnold (Colleen) and Nicole Arnold; his siblings-in-law, Mark Arnold, Edward Arnold (April) and Nancy Arnold; his friends, Hayes and Owens; and his close friend Tommy.
