We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Kate Lynn Cozza of Lake in the Hills, Illinois, born in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Kate Lynn leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Cozza (Jeanne) and Patricia Johnson (Blair); and her siblings, Matthew Cozza (Crystal), Melissa Hoffmanns (Joshua), Amanda Helmholz (Matthew) and Janel D'Ammassa (Luca Salvatore).
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services LTD. (330 W Golf Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60195). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Arthritis Foundation https://www.arthritis.org.
