He is survived by: his parents, Thomas LaPak and Vernette LaPak; his wife Kimberly LaPak; his children, Brandon LaPak (Samantha) and Taylor Burnham (Jessica); his granddaughter Leighton LaPak; his siblings, Thomas LaPak, Kurt LaPak and Amee LaPak; his parents-in-law, Joseph and Cherylin Crawford; his siblings-in-law, Joseph Crawford, Tracy Crawford and Katie Pollack (Charlie); and his nephew Jeff.
