He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lev (Gonzalez); his daughters, Jackie Knox (Jon) and Christina St (Rick); his grandchildren, Brennen, Emma, Sophie Knox, Carter and Graham St. Joseph; and his siblings, Lynn Ostapczuk (Jeff), Dean Lev (Rosemarie) and Dale Lev (Lisa). He is also survived by many in-laws, aunt, uncle, nephews, nieces, cousins and dear friends.
