With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Skyler M. Hammond in Lake Forest, Illinois, who passed away on January 6, 2023 at the age of 25. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandfather Raymond Dunwoodie; and her daughter Connolly C. Hammond. She is survived by: her parents, Tommy Long and Deborah Long; her husband Michael Hammond; her son Bryson Hammond; her brothers, Mark Long and Jared Long; and her grandparents, Jane Dunwoodie, Jan Lukken, George and Amelia Long.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or a trust fund for Bryson Hammond.
